Booking Deadline:

Early booking is highly recommended.

Please ensure that your hotel reservation is made by 29th December 2017 as, after this date, room availability cannot be guaranteed.

Booking Conditions:

A large number of rooms at preferential rates in different price categories have been reserved in Lisbon for the period of the Congress.

Each reservation will be processed ONLY if accompanied by credit card details which are requested as a guarantee. Credit card details are mandatory even when paying by bank transfer in order to guarantee your booking.

Please make sure to reserve your room as soon as possible in order to take advantage of the special benefits available for conference participants.

The main nights booked at the hotels are the nights of 31st January and 1st and 2nd February. All bookings which include pre and post nights are pending confirmation from the individual hotels.

Guarantee/Payment of Hotel Reservation:

Bookings are subject to availability and payment can be made by credit card and bank transfer. All rates are quoted in Euros, per room, per night and include VAT, breakfast and city tax (€1.00 per person per night).

To guarantee your reservation a 1st night deposit is required. One month prior to arrival (December 29th, 2017) the remaining amount of full stay will be charged.

For bank transfer payments, credit cards will only be charged in case of penalties. Identified proof of payment is required by December 29th, 2017. In case proof of payment is not received by this date your credit card will be charged accordingly.

After 29th December 2017 payment will only be accepted by credit card.

Cancellation Policy:

Any change or cancellation of a hotel reservation must be sent in writing to AIM Group International (by email) according to the following conditions:

  • Until 29th November 2017: Full refund
  • Between 30th November and 29th December 2017: 50% of the total stay will be refunded
  • From 30th December onwards: 100% charge is applicable. No refunds can be offered.

Kindly note that all approved refunds will be processed and issued within 60 days after the conference.
